Our firm has provided legal counsel and advice to various local and state officials and officeholders in their individual as well as official capacities. The insights we have gained from these experiences, combined with our focused commitment to the practice of law, equip us to provide sound and practical advice and counsel to our clients. We comfortably partner with other law firms, national as well as local, to provide local counsel representation to national and local clients.

Our philosophy is simple. The client is the central focus of our firm. Lawyers, paralegals and other support staff work collaboratively to produce high-quality results efficiently and economically. We use project management techniques in planning each case. We forecast projected legal costs and update our clients on the progress of their cases in a timely manner.

OUR PRACTICE

For over thirty years, Bryan & Jupiter has been immersed in the legal, political, and civic life of the New Orleans community, where we live and work. The Louisiana Supreme Court has appointed members of our firm to act as judge pro tempore on the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, the Louisiana Lawyer Disciplinary Board, and other important bar and judicial committees.

We gather as much information as possible to solve legal problems for our clients. We collect, store, and organize our collective experience to make it easily available to our staff. We believe that law firms must consider not only the legal issues involved in a case but also the financial considerations for the client. Where appropriate, we seek to resolve our clients' legal problems through mediation, arbitration, or other alternatives.
